Many of you knew my golden retriever "Duke" He is pictured driving my old truck at the top of this page. He started to suffer from hip dysplasia, which alot of larger dogs and especially goldens suffer from. He lost that battle. Last night  (01-27-12) I had to put him down.  My heart is broken and empty.  He was the best partner one could have.  He attended alot of my estate sales and some of my auctions.  He helped me set up almost all of them.  We went to Florida last winter, walked the beach at Fort Meyers, drank and ate at a couple of places that allowed dogs and were planning to do that again here next week.  I will miss him terribly  He was 8 years, 4 1/2 months old.
